Can clients see their projects?
Partly. You can share one project with a client over a private link that shows its timeline, and optionally its board, read-only. The client needs no login or paid seat. The link does not show invoices, and there is no per-client portal with a sign-in.
Do timesheet hours flow into invoices?
Yes. Hours are logged against tasks with billable flags, and a project invoice is built from the unbilled billable logs, one line per log, so a billing dispute comes with a line-by-line answer.
