Dailybiz for shops, boutiques and D2C brands

POS billing, live inventory, WhatsApp reorders and books that write themselves — one system from the counter to the balance sheet.

The problem, plainly

The counter runs on one app, stock is counted on paper, customer numbers live in a personal phone, and the accountant reconstructs everything at month end. Every handoff between those is a place money quietly leaks.

How the day runs on Dailybiz

01

Billing at the counter

Scan barcodes, take UPI or cash, print the GST invoice. The sale posts to the ledger and decrements stock the moment it happens — no end-of-day export, no sync.

02

Stock that matches the shelf

Multi-warehouse inventory with batches, purchase orders and goods receipt. When the audit count disagrees with the system, the stock audit workflow reconciles it with a paper trail.

03

Customers on WhatsApp

The number that bought from you is a contact with history. Broadcast a new arrival to past buyers, and answer replies from a shared inbox the whole shop can see.

04

Books your CA will accept

Double-entry ledgers, GST summaries and P&L come from the same rows the POS wrote. Khata tracking covers the customers who pay next week.

Asked by shops, boutiques and D2C brands

Can Dailybiz replace my billing software and khata app together?

Yes — that is the design. The POS raises GST invoices and takes payments, the khata ledger tracks customers who pay later, and both post into the same double-entry books, so there is no separate billing app to reconcile against.

Does it work for more than one shop?

Inventory supports multiple warehouses and stock transfers between them, and each shop can bill against its own stock. Branch-wise profit reporting is on the public roadmap.
